Sporting Dog Association of Arizona

The Sporting Dog Association of Arizona, Inc. (SDAA) began in Jan. 2007 when eleven of the founding members sat down in a tent one cold and windy day and put together the makings of our club. We had 8 breeds and 7 families represented. Since that time, we have increased to over 35 families and over 20 breeds represented.

We had our first match in Sept 2007 and had an entry of over thirty. We participated in the Superstition/Scottsdale “Super Match” and had seven tents used for meet the breed! A very good turnout.

We held for our first “A” Match on October 19, 2008. Click here for the pictures.

We have members that are interested in Field, Obedience, Agility and Conformation. We would like to keep all interests represented and growing.

We have been approved for our first show Thur. Feb 4, 2010.
We will have all sporting breed sweeps as well as regular classes. Onofrio will be our Superintendent.

There is a trophy donation fund set up. All donors will be listed in the catalog.
